- Any defects or damage which have been caused by abnormal use and handling, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair and improper installation, including damage caused by freight, electrical fluctuations, spill of liquid or any other acts which are not the fault of Technology Locker.
- Items damaged in transit on delivery or on return.
- All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to customer use.
LOCAL PICKUP & SHIPING
LOCAL PICKUP
The order pickup is available by appointment only. After an order is placed online (select “Pick Up” during checkout), please contact us via eBay or email to arrange collection. Please wait for email confirmation that the order is ready for collection before coming in . Please allow at least 1-2 business days processing time for “Pick Up” orders ready for pickup.
Please note that all standard deliveries will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 days from lodgment of your order. Standard deliveries are sent out via Australia Post direct to residential or business addresses.
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia.
If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
Returns
We accept returns. Please contact our customer service team immediately if:
- You changed your mind and wish to request a return
- Your product was damaged during transit
- You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchase
Please note that you must comply with all returns instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service.
Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
