At Smart Tech Laptops, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Our goods come with guarantees under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for foreseeable loss/damage. For minor failures, we may repair or replace.

  1. Returns & Refunds

You may be eligible if:

  • Item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • Item has a major defect.
  • You received the wrong item.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

  1. Warranty Coverage
  • Refurbished devices: 12-month hardware warranty.
  • Used (as-is) devices: 3-month hardware warranty.
    Excludes accidental damage, misuse, and cosmetic wear.

  1. Email admin@smarttechlaptops.com.au with your order number.
  2. We’ll assess and provide return instructions.
  3. Return with accessories (where possible).
  4. We’ll inspect and process per ACL.

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Faulty/incorrect items: we cover return shipping.
  • Other cases: customer covers shipping.

  1. Processing Time

Refunds within 5–10 business days. Replacements/repairs as soon as possible.
