  • Refurbished products: 12-month warranty.
  • Used (as-is) products: 3-month warranty.
  • Starts from purchase date.

  1. What’s Covered
  • Hardware failures (motherboard, RAM, storage).
  • Screen/display faults (not physical damage).
  • Battery faults only if completely non-functional.
  • Operational defects under normal use.

  1. What’s Not Covered
  • Reduced battery capacity (normal wear).
  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents).
  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, misuse).
  • Software issues (viruses, corrupted installs).
  • Unauthorised repairs/modifications.
  • Accessories unless specified.

  1. ACL Rights

In addition to ACL rights:

  • Major faults → refund or replacement.
  • Minor faults → repair or replacement.

  2. Provide photos/videos if requested.
  3. Return device if approved.
  4. After inspection, we’ll repair, replace, or refund.

  1. Repairs/Replacements/Refunds
  • Repaired at no cost if possible.
  • Replaced with same/equivalent model if not.
  • Refund issued if neither available.

  1. Shipping Costs
  • If confirmed fault → we cover shipping.
  • If no fault/outside coverage → customer pays shipping.
